SHIPPING: 

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. You can send them item back following the instructions our returns/exchanges page.

For US orders, allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. 

ForLife is unable to change the shipping address to alter delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. 

To prevent fraud, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping Addresses. Any order placed with different addresses may not be processed. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

All ForLife orders are final sale. All exchanges can be handled through our Returns & Exchanges page. 

Any ForLife products that are received in a defective state may be sent back for full refund or replacement if available. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE:

ForLife is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If your package does not arrive please contact customerservice@forlifefamily.com to begin a claim.
