Are ForLife products available anywhere other than online?
- Sorry, currently ForLife products are only sold through forlifefamily.com
I just placed an order, but I need to change the size, can I?
- Unfortunately, after an order is placed the size cannot be changed. You can follow our Returns/Exchanges page to switch a size.
Can I cancel an order after its already been placed?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once its been placed.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
What is the return/exchange policy?
- All ForLife orders are final sale.
- Any ForLife products that are received in a defective state may be sent back for full refund or replacement if available.
Do you offer gift certificates/gift cards?
- We do offer e-gift cards. Visit the bottom of our website for more information.
I haven't received my order confirmation yet, did my order go through?
- As long as you received a order number at checkout, your order has gone through. Save your order number for your records.
Why isn't my order showing up when I track it?
- Please allow 1-2 business days for our shipping provider to update tracking on your order. If after 2 business days you can not track your item, please email customerservice@forlifefamily.com
How long does it take before customer service responds?
- For all issues, email customerservice@forlifefamily.com please allow 48 hours for a customer service representative to respond to you.
Do you ship internationally?
- No, currently we do not ship internationally.
Can I order by phone?
- No, phone orders are currently not accepted.
How do I know what size to order?
- A size chart will be included with all releases.
